Congratulations to Jorge Reinoso-Zegarra, purchasing manager at the University at Buffalo, for joining Premier’s College and University Workgroup. He succeeds Jeff Brady, Executive Director, Campus Dining and Shops at the University at Buffalo, who is stepping down from the committee after years of service.
This committee is integral to Premier’s foodservice sourcing decisions. Members provide input to Premier’s sourcing team on all contract areas as well as guidance on future categories and new suppliers to consider for future contracts.
