On Friday, May 4th over 65 members from 12 regional hospitals participated in Pandion Healthcare: Education and Advocacy’s second annual Joint Nurse Executive & Quality Seminar. The event featured speakers selected as thought leaders within their organizations bringing insights on the topics of population health, transition of care, nurse advocacy and legislation, cyber security, clinical documentation, and antibiotic stewardship. The event was hosted by Rochester Regional Health at their training center on the Riedman Campus. Attendees enjoyed networking opportunities, a guest speaker from Crozer-Keystone Family Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and engaging dialog during a panel discussion on regulatory preparedness.
This annual event exemplifies Pandion’s ability to facilitate collaboration between our member hospitals- which is vital to providing best practices, convening coalitions, and leveraging the collective strength of our hospitals. By collecting and sharing knowledge and data, we can help our members to better meet the healthcare needs of their local communities.
Please plan to join us next year for a similar event touching on topics which may be challenging your nursing and quality leadership! For more information about future events contact Amie Kulak, Pandion’s Director of Quality and Education
