Alliance for Senior Care IPA, LLC is a consortium of five senior living and skilled nursing facilities in Western New York. These included: Episcopal Senior Life Communities, Friendly Senior Living, Jewish Senior Life, St. Ann's Community and St. John's.

Savings of 14-17% on entree budget for three of the five facilities
Savings of 11% on waste management services and 5% on food services
Savings on municipal service identified utilizing one vendor with common contract terms
Introduction of a new, better quality incontinence product resulted in additional savings and increased satisfaction of residents and staff
Resident health was improved through additional education and nursing
